1. Information We Collect
DinoGod Reborn may store limited Discord-related data needed to make its features work:
- Discord user IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, and username/display-name information when needed for bot features.
- Server configuration, including welcome channels, goodbye channels, autoroles, rank settings, starboard settings, counting settings, custom commands, faction settings, territory settings, economy settings, and server lore.
- Progression and game data, including balances, inventory, work/crime/heist cooldowns, XP, levels, achievements, battlepass progress, faction membership, territory points, and calendar events.
- Starboard and counting data, including source message IDs, starboard message IDs, reaction counts, counting progress, and the last counting participant when needed to enforce rules.
- Dashboard session data, including Discord OAuth user information and manageable server lists, used to verify that a logged-in user can manage a server.
2. Message Content and Command Inputs
The Bot may temporarily read message content or command input when a feature requires it, such as custom commands, translation, AI prompts, counting validation, starboard embeds, moderation tools, lore commands, and image/text utilities. The Bot does not store every message sent in a server. Stored message-derived data is limited to what a feature needs, such as IDs, counts, configuration, or user-submitted command content.
3. AI and Translation Features
When you use AI or translation features, the text you provide may be processed to generate the requested response. Users are responsible for the prompts and text they submit. Translation features may rely on third-party translation services, and AI features may be processed by the configured local or hosted model environment used by the Bot.
4. How We Use Information
Collected information is used to:
- Operate Bot commands, mini-games, economy, ranking, achievements, battlepass, starboard, counting, factions, calendars, and dashboard features.
- Save server settings selected by administrators.
- Prevent abuse, enforce cooldowns, detect obvious exploit patterns, and maintain fair progression.
- Debug errors, maintain service reliability, and improve Bot features.
- Verify dashboard access through Discord login and server permission checks.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data may be processed through services required to operate the Bot and website, including Discord, Cloudflare, hosting providers, database providers, and APIs used by specific commands. Information may also be disclosed if required by law, platform rules, or to respond to abuse, security, or safety issues.
6. Data Retention
Bot data is kept for as long as needed to provide features, preserve server configuration, support progression systems, prevent abuse, or maintain service reliability. Some records may remain until a server owner requests deletion, the Bot leaves a server, or the data is manually reset as part of maintenance or balancing.
7. Data Deletion and Access Requests
Server owners or authorized administrators may request deletion of server configuration and stored server data. Individual users may request deletion of data tied to their Discord user ID where technically reasonable. Some data may be retained when needed for abuse prevention, security, backups, legal obligations, or platform compliance.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, including limiting dashboard access to users with server management permissions and using private server-side tokens for bot-dashboard sync. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
DinoGod Reborn is intended for users who are allowed to use Discord. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use Discord and the Bot.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When changes occur, the "Last Updated" date will change. Continued use of the Bot or dashboard after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
